Had eight hour sleep yesterday(Friday) evening - today, I cleaned out the garage and then cooked a meal for five - the five where me, my boarder Rashina, her son. my daughter Geena and my former wife.

Casseroled chicken in Honey Soy Sauce with apricots and onions, a scalloped potatoes dish in a chess sauce overlaid with Carrots, Kumara, & Asparagus, and then Broccoli sauteed lightly and baked with cheese so as to still be crisp.

It's raining listening to this and doing book work - Hooray .

This weekend Geena did an workshops in improvisation and song writing.

As I age I am going to be earning much less - Geena better be prepared for that.

She laughs a lot and has a happier life - so things are going much better since BF moved out and BF is being a better parent - win/win - as they say.

This is delicious - Let there be love - wishing people that are suffering the opportunity to flourish in time in peace - Paris - Kenya - Everywhere.

Geena goes to Video/Movies class most morning at 8.00 PM - never been so easy getting her out of the apartment. That is her with the headphones on - Frame One and then again at the end of 0.13.

I met with the IRD this year - We agreed that I would file my business 2014 & 2015 returns by 25 Sept - did them by 31 Aug - I file Wtax returns for the business every month and GST returns twice a year - the result for the returns was that they owe me 12K which I told them to hold against prov for 2016.

I don't open mail from them much - just goes in a banana box till I'm ready - well I was ready and opened this shitty letter from them which reads - "Previously we have treated your lack of filing as an oversight, Now if you do not file returns we will treat it as an active choice. If you chose not to meet your commitments then we will take action which may include prosecution."

All that after I read them my poetry and told them that I loved them - they can just "Phuck Off" and I am going to write them a letter telling them that - As a working single parent who also manages his Mum's affairs she's in a rest home now and the state subsidy doesn't provide for reasonable comfort so I also have to find around $500 to $700 a month for her.

Oh and with the free education the voluntary contribution is around $500 a year - The problems is that successive governments both red and blue have chosen not to meet their social obligation.

Wouldn't be so bad except the online system keep crashing when I went to file and the calls I made top my case office were never returned.

Worked late till 7.30 PM - Picked Geena up from a play date at 8.00 PM then we went and hired video and got milk shakes - stayed in watching the animated feature "The Book of Life", and Regular Show - Fright Pack - Geena made the comment - "Dad, when I'm a teenager I don't want to have to stay with Mum is that Ok?"

He mother is going overseas for a year or more in 2016 - so she has stayed more days with her than with me of late - and it is wearing thing for Geena. My response to the question was - "We shall see" - but in reality it is most likely.

Geena is doing a Video and Movie production Club before School which is being run by a the former lecturer - now retired head of department from Auckland Uni - who does the work voluntarily and the hole things is free - he builds and hobbles together most of the equipment - and they have a full but basic video/audio consisting of three cameras on tripods, a 4 channel vision mixing desk and a four channel audio desk and their own classroom which is set up as a kids TV Studio.

Is the ability to annoy the living crap out of my former wife by just being myself, yes that and being a Babe' Magnet able to resist the char,s of Sofia Vergara.

This past week via youtube I saw a clip of two young boys, in America, who were arrested and taken off a bus for being disruptive they had opened a window to get some fresh air as one of the boys was Asthmatic – the bus driver asked them to close the window they didn’t and the bus was stopped and they were arrested – they were 8 & 10 years old – as they were handcuffed behind their backs and sitting on the grass verge – a police offer hit one of them in the head for being lippy. The boys were black.

Some comments – if the bus driver was concentrating on his job driving a bus in traffic they would not have time to notice if a window was open or not and it really shouldn’t bother them – the window is there to be opened – if you don’t want windows opened then don't install opening windows.

If a bus driver in NZ rang the Police about boys opening a window and refusing to close it – the Police would laugh at the bus driver and tell him/her to get lost.

America seems to be hell bent on persecuting minorities and the poor for minutia – things that just wouldn’t pass as an issue in other part of the civilized world let alone become circumstance where a poor person or someone from a minority can get taken into custody and/or killed.

America is sick it needs to get well. It doesn't have to be that way.
